COBRA payout issue

Part of the package is x months (depending on YOS) of COBRA as a lump sum. As I'm covered under my spouse's benefits (who is also a Cisco employee - not LR'd) they are saying that I don't get any compensation for this. Shouldn't I at least get the... — read more

Layoffs are a shell game - here's my proof

During the layoffs of summer of 2012, I actually resigned and put in my notice just before the announcement of layoffs came out. I went back to my manager and offered to be laid off, without a package, just to save someones job. He said "NO" because... — read more

Chuck is lying about not spreading the rumors

Chuck has poker tells. I was only there one year since he took charge, but you can tell when he's lying. He absolutely floated the 20% rumor or had his underlings work with their underlings work with their underlings to ultimately force a poor early... — read more

IF you're AFFECTED, post here

Post here your grade, # of years of service and what role you were in (Eng, Sales, IT, etc.). I suspect we may see a trend here.

Hitting the older higher grades again

Yet again the older and higher grades are getting hit, replaced with cheaper resources from RTP and India, newer skills is cover up for offloading the long terms people that have given years of quality service

Cisco is on the path of Self-Destruct
