7-9% is the number. Company wide but some units might be affected more than the other. 20% is just not feasible. .. it will kill some groups in services, sales, cloud businesses.

While these companies has billions in cash pile why they have to layoff people who helped to take Cisco there? Also whoever survive now has to work like donkey to carry abondon baggage of others.
