COnfirmation they're coming within 3 months indefinitely. Company is eating sh-- in the cloud space and cutting some fat very soon. Can't hire H1B ignorants to do what skilled workers need to be hired to do.

Former colleagues say new org is a pipe dream, more layoffs are coming, and management is realizing they actually need experienced workers rather and magical millennials aren't going to save them (as they had previously thought).

Do you have more info about the plans to restructure again in 2015. Cisco will do it, 2015, 2016, you name it. It's in our DNA. Every year. Now, we have no clue who will be affected and in what fashion but I wanted to start a thread.
