115% for me. Lowest in 4 years.

I've heard if someone puts in their 2 weeks to go work for a competitor, then Cisco will have them leave immediately, but still pay them the 2 week notice. Does Cisco ask for proof of anything, like offer letter? Asking for a friend.

Im still very much driving business and planning to retire next year. Looking for advice on how to volunteer for a layoff package and what a sales layoff package looks like in terms of base vs total target cash and unvested rsu's.

Cisco is nothing more than a Hire and Fire Company. There was serious layoff in our team and we hired 2-3 people at the same time in exchange. Worst , they joined only 1 week after the LR were released. This is sickening.
