Has anyone heard about the VCIP being restructured?

I’m among the RTO mandated. Layoffs can’t come soon enough, as far as I’m concerned. I’m unwilling to leave for free, and RTO is an arrangement I can’t wait to get out of.

Any predictions on how upcoming layoffs will look (assuming what Ryan hinted at is true)? Just trying to plan my next steps accordingly and hopefully make a timeframe.

Shell employee here, those of yall who moved from Shell to COP (or another supermajor to COP), how do you like it? How is the work, how is the pay?

Anyone else noticing how often people are getting sick? Seems to be a major uptick here in the office with people continually coming down with something.
