Does anybody know when they will issue severance payments after signing the paper? Does the 7-day "reconsideration period" count from the date you signed the paper or the date it is received by COP? When will I get my money?

The direction and need are obvious, there would be a small expense to shut down Bartlesville but long-term benefits!
