Made this comment, but in the wrong place. Those who received severance packages and retirement benefits better hang on to their severance. Pensions are not guaranteed. Bankruptcy can make your blessed pension disappear.

Phillips 66 is trying to get further from ConocoPhillips because of fear of bankruptcy.

I hope the bonuses and raises are decent this year. They can't hold back raises 2 yrs on a row. Canada has done well compared to the rest of the company in 2015. Guess we will find out soon.
