The thing with MDT before was that it was so good and so cushy that it has bred a lot of entitlement, especially amongst the deadweights in MN who expect to sit on their 4sses for 30 years and do the same thing with no changes or additional responsibility until they day they retire. The kind that want to do the exact same job and keep getting pay rises until they're priced at managerial levels, while wanting Junior Analyst level work.These people are parasites and are like leeches su-king the lifeblood out of a company that desperately needs to innovate.

GM is still a p1ece of sh1t and has run this company into the ground, but these people are also a problem. The very few of them that leave realize that few other companies will accept you sitting on your fat 4-snack-break-per-meeting 4sses and refusing to evolve until you retire. #entitlement

I heard nobody has to work, or go to a workplace. They'll still pay you too.

Prior to March 15, 2020 if an office worker didn't show up to work they were marked absent. After 3 consecutive days, they were usually fired. Everyone was expected to show up to work.
