Finance globally had a 10-15% reduction in headcount. Completely short sighted being that less than a couple quarters later they’re backfilling for the people that were let go. There was a number set and when there weren’t enough bottom performers an arbitrary approach was used to plug the rest and mistakes were made hence the need for rehires. #Livingourvalues
