Non productive sales reps will be let go like they should have been 1 yr ago. Mutual holds on to unproductive reps far too long. there is an imminent shake up in field planned. Poor performing RVPs will asked to take new roles as Crms or selling other zero balance product lines. C-Suite is missing the boat on a # of fronts & don’t understand how they are mismanaging client relationships. That is what happens when you have two investment guys running the firm & field ExVps are longago washed up sales reps who don’t understand service.

@10x Lots of blame to go around to RVPs who now longer qualify sales prospects. 1/2 of all takeovers under $1M. 30 % of all plans are $0 start ups. Plans we take over are bottom of the barrel s-hit plans w/complaince issues up the waazoo !
Riddled w/commical errors due to lack of RVP & EVP oversight. Bring in cleaner & write cleaner business. It all starts & ends with sales & we ain’t feeling it.
@10x who are you calling incompetent in admin ops ? Morronarity ? Mosser ? Clair ? I must admit, the issues are to do with KKlunKy money in/money out issues w/errrors & paper. 75% of all distributions are still on paper ! Highest in Recordkeeping across the industry. You have got to solve that very issue before any transition & if you can’t, the company is screewed. $ in issues are cluttteredn with errors, delays, mistakes. AXCenture can’t solve for that sh-t. C’mon people.
@10x agreed. Things will be so much better after the transition. More workers with more skill working in the admin op and record keeping roles. The current slate of MOA workers in those roles are not even smart enough to be fit for a role at the local McDs. It's really something given the work they do can really be filled by an ARE TA-D, but somehow they are worse HECK.

It’s $1M waste job-Farm all of that out-Surveys can be sent automatically to field clients and not a human they pay $150K just to send emails-Annual subsriptions are $1000 ! Why pay $150K when you can pay $1000 ? Talk about leaches. mehdi needs to get a high powered microscope to examine the feeces coming out of that area.

yeah blame regional office management, when if admin ops wasn't so incompetent all these issues wouldn't exist. Things will trend up significantly after Accenture takes over and we lay off the dead weight leaches.

many of these rvps still spend high off the hog w/ubers, fights, private appts. you'd be surprised plus many get spexial incent comp (hush, hush) packages they don't deserve
@OP the field has lacked strong leadership who can drive change & results since 2021. they have let it go off the rails. a $0 start up plan consumes nearly 35% of all new plans set ups. waste o time & money & talent. no guardrails. qualifying has been thrown out the door. min qualfied lead s/b be $1M and not $1 or $0.
