There are 14 people at TIAA on the culture team...10 of which are Sr Directors or VP. I had no idea we had such an emphasis on building positive culture here.

Do we have a Net Income team? Because that's what we need to improve more than anything else.

DEI is DEAD. This team is finally free from all that political stuff and can focus on employee experience.
Is it all about DEI and is team truly engaged making positive changes employee moral, pay, and workloads or is it a front for the Board & TBD which provides cover for shipping so many jobs to India ?
