Are we saying that JC was paid a remote salary? Thats a load of horse sh-t. Her deal had always been that she would move to LA. If anything, she played the Mattel perfectly. @1yc when you were hired remotely, paid a local remote salary under the circumstances that you would not need to relocate and would be able to continue working remotely post Covid, yes, the audacity. Go off though boomer
@1ga Oh no, the company is paying me a good salary and benefits, for a relatively easy gig. Now they want me to be on site with everyone else. The audacity!

JC was remote worker. Mattel been trying to force people to the west coast. They don't understand that people don't want to go to California.... Especially not LA. People are leaving CA.
This trend will continue and more will leave and be pushed out until there is no one left remote. Goal is for everyone to be in ES. FP and Mega is slated to move to ES next.
JC may have been asked to resign by her boss.

When you LEAD teams poorly you LEAD them towards missing projections so maybe the SHIP that actually LEADS the teams are the problem and should be rotated out. Start with the top rung.
