@1t9 great post. I’m going to deliver the complaint to 3 board members via a singing telegram.

If you want results, you'll want to do all of the above. Complaints directed at the CEO & board are under a microscope. These are flagged as EMT complaints and generally get special handling. Complaints to the BBB, SEC, FINRA, your state insurance regulator, your attorney general, and governor all get their own separate complaint cases for documentation purposes. Any allegation of financial harm in your complaint needs to be reported as a sales practice violation, generally whether it holds any weight or not. This gets management involved for oversight and approvals. Use strong language and threaten litigation. Some people were resourceful enough to mail their complaints to the EMT's homes. That gets the most attention.

If you are going to complain, step it up. BBB doesn't really have an pull. I suppose you can try writing to the current CEO and/or the Trustees. I'd go with SEC, FiNRA, or your States Securities Department over writing to the execs.

Company pays out millions to its Execs each year and w/all the marketing layoffs, someone has forgotten to give Better Business Bureau a simple update in years.
