Quality Leadership?

It seems as though we have lost our way to deliver high customer satisfaction. The forward models are uninspired. Quality leaders seem seem to be happy with status quo. There needs to be a change in the Quality leadership so we can start engineering vehicles customers want and deliver high satisfaction. Is it time for a new Quality Czar?

A start might be treating your employees with dignity. Not playing games in the office just because you don't get your way, and get supported by management to be vindictive all the while crying foul. Cognitive dissonance needs to be taught as if to a child to ensure horrible things never happen again. Vindictive political management needs to be booted, they make for a toxic environment just as much as vindictive employees. Be better, treat people better, acknowledge your mistakes and move forward as a company. Dirtbags.

Ford leadership is the best in the mobility business. Bill Ford is on the record stating this fact, many employees say this (ever read the chat during Global Town Hall?), and many comments even in this often negative forum are in full support of Ford management.

That is the real truth.

The issue is NOT quality leadership. The problem at Ford is leadership quality. There isn't any!
