Engineering company run by a H-1B with no operational or technical background. What could go wrong? Did nobody learn from Intel?

Many employees who added value were, are, and will be laid off. If you actually worked in the
petroleum industry instead of
making stock investments in it,
you would know that. Technical competence is not proportional to job tenure, just like technical competence isn’t proportional to leadership position. Brown nosing and technical incompetence is however directly proportional to leadership position from COP supervisors on up the ladder to CEO.
COP will contine to survive as it has value in its reserve. I question if the employees will continue to stay the couse or abandon ship on fear. My experience, the employees that add value will be rewarded in the end. I have made $millions with sale from Unocal to Chevron, to Marathon, to P66, to COP. If you add value, you will be making money. If you are not adding value, run!
Why is he here? Can someone look into that? Does he offer skills not available in the US? Does a three year degree from a lower tier (ranked 809th) school check the box? Didn’t we shut down the UK offices? When they shut down business units here people just get laid off.
