not feeling good for some teams here, seen many more verint jobs being advertised in bangalore (after quick google)

Sadly, yeah - about half our team has now been replaced by new hires in India. It’s all going to he-l here. The team is completely demoralized, and we’re not making any progress on any of our projects. I expect another more layoffs soon.
And to make things worse, they just got rid of our Christmas / New Year office shutdown, so we’re actually getting less PTO. Oh, and we’re all expected to sign new contracts in January. Jealous of the people who got paid to leave. Wish I’d volunteered.
@1ks yes. Guys getting let go are being replaced directly off shore - exact same role. Morale is terrible but no-one cares
@OP yep, more being recruited into our team when there are people still due to go in the layoffs from march. Mood is cr-p and people across all teams i speak to are now doing bear minimum rather than going out of the way to help. No direction either. TB are awful.
