The amount of work getting dumped on people after the layoffs is honestly ridiculous. They’re putting new supervisors into roles they don’t even know yet, then expecting the people who’ve been around forever to basically train them and keep everything afloat… all with no extra pay. Leadership really sc--wed over both the new sups and the employees they’re now relying on.

Our Marketing department sux. Hopefully they mostly got fired as well as anyone can use company money to set up golf outings, dinners, happy hours, and suites for sporting events.
They really think INSIDE the box.

The AI costume is just a total scam. I heard every excuse in the book include no the analyst. When will someone step up and say - we need to do better. Here’s how we’re going to do it. Instead we get the woke version of do amazing things which means nothing.

I'm actively striving to work as little as possible.
Why work 50 hours in sales when I can work 20.
Why would work 10 hours a day where i spend 1/2 my time waiting for other people to check a box or send me an email so I can move things along.
Why would I work harder for less and less while my leadership is making more than they ever have.
Christmas bonuses turned to Holiday bonuses then got canceled altogether.
Who else is buying $10+ million 2nd homes at CDW?
I see VP's flying here and there living the life eating out on the coworkers dime just showing face in the industry.

Unqualified Executive Suite, layoffs, increased workload, new processes, and no additional incentives for all the customer facing CDW Minions. This is going to be a great example for a future MBA business case on ineffective leadership. I honestly can't believe she is still there. As others have pointed out, I have no intention of working harder than necessary until something changes.

Meh! Don’t take on the extra work, don’t stress yourself out, work at a pace that you can that’s not effecting your mental health and be kind and supportive to your peers. At 5:00 turn it off. At this point to me, it’s just a job. They don’t care about our lives and if we are employed one day to the next. Life is too short to let Corporate wear you down.
