Layoffs and firings throughout majority of sites today. My team was affected, and multiple people at my site were affected. No confirmation on amount let go yet.

Yup,20 years experience gone,just for management to go to the dollar store to get a kid fresh out of college that knows absolutely nothing

@g4 can confirm most US sites affected. We experienced RIFs in every modality at my site, only salaried workers.
@a8 So it must be the new merged org of Ultrasound and Imaging?
Which sites were affected? Madison Waukesha, Bangalore, Wuxi etc?
Or is it division based (Patient care solutions, Advanced Imaging, Ultrasound, PDx)?

@a1 I was one of the people who replied that I got laid off and I was remote.
@OP same got laid off today from an org that was undergoing restructuring.
@OP Seems to be focused on middle management, people with 20+ years of experience, or remote workers.
