Every new manager we get seems less qualified than the last. It's like they're hiring for incompetence.

@4pf How high? I'm only aware of two Baxter execs at SVP+, one being Heather.
But yes, Bryan is Jose's brother in law who was the CEO of Baxter through Feb 2025. And Heather started late Oct, the same month the class action was issues against her, Jose, and others for dr-g pump negligence leading to 2 deaths and 79 injuries.
And Bryan's bar for patient safety is "if you wouldn't use this on a parent or loved one, we'll pull it from the market." But also, "Please give a warm welcome to Heather, who has done nothing but amazing things at Baxter."
And also, "Let's compensate her to the tune of $8M for working 2mos since she left behind a lot of Baxter stock. It's only right to make her whole."
@11j many higher ups came from Baxter who Bald Bryan is related to the fired Baxter ceo.
Knights picture looks like some Snapchat filter with helmet hair to hide certain flaws ...
@yf Is it really that fast/frequent? CB -> HK. HK brought someone in. Can you list 10 other upper TP rolls for us? How about 10 middle TP rolls?
I mean yeah just look around! Upper management changes like rolls of toilet paper…They are just paid actors I dont know how they look in the mirror…
@ar Not so sure about cheaper. They are bringing in people and putting them at Senior director or VP levels. I agree 100% with OP.
Examples? I don't disagree, just hard to know what you mean.
Because all the good managers have either been let go or were able to read the writing on the wall and jumped ship. And then the new hires can be younger and cheaper.
