Everyone - and I mean every single person - on my team is job hunting. Not all with the same urgency, but all of them. Leadership doesn't seem to notice or care. I think we'll see a major exodus of talent as soon as the job market improves even slightly. I bet they notice then.

@54t And you’re a wa-ker. Always will be.
@4ef Qlik doesn’t have any great marketers. Never has. Worst marketing in the analytics space.
@4qm Started a week ago.
Qlik layoffs upcoming...
@3qs hearing some great marketers been let go in NORAM this week, its unfair those people certainly had been the wrong people to be let go! Its very sad to hear these news.
@3ye Average CRO tenure across the entire industry is only 16 months. So this is expected. Median is probably like 12 months.
@3wa This is expected, interim CEO paving the way for incoming CEO. Qlik will be having its 5th CRO in 8 years. The house needs to be cleaned (again) as the company is on a downward trajectory. If multiple house cleaning isn't working, perhaps we have to look at the owner/landlord.
@3ss 3x C-suite? I only saw 1x with DC.
@3qs 3 x C suites in one day. There is something seriously going wrong for that to happen like it has.
It comes down to a few people who have simply not had the experience nor skills to have been able to get the company out of where it has fallen to be
Now it’s the big guys leaving. Who’s next?
It's sad to see people leaving. I know of many that are actively interviewing elsewhere because they can't stand their boss. People don't leave companies, they leave bad bosses
What's more telling is that those that are leaving haven't been here too long. So they must be joining on a few promises but once they are in, they realise it's all a sh!t show or they realise management is just terrible.
I feel rather jealous of those who are leaving. They're getting to leave on their terms and escape this nut house. We actually have some very capable people in the company who inspire others, but they are not in the positions where they can make any difference. Meanwhile we have a manager who is on the nose with staff, partners and customers.
Unfortunately when the job market isn't hot, almost no companies care at all. Especially not private equity owned companies. Then suddenly when employee retention becomes an issue during a hot job market they suddenly all 'care' so much.
