I'd appreciate it if Dan could review one of talk products. The app has terrible reviews, which is hurting Verizon's reputation. The people involved seem overly confident and rude, Boston manager acting like they're untouchable. It's the worst management I've ever seen.

Calm down and stop sharing internal project information publicly. Disclosing details like EBC/SBC specifics and roadmaps on public forums is a blatant violation of NDA policies. You're not sharing a success story, but rather fueling rumors and showcasing your lack of understanding about confidentiality.
One Talk is alive and well it’s got a 5 year roadmap because they’re releasing a new platform element that can unify all types of connections including mobile, teams, Webex, etc. with an addition border element called an EBC that sits between the SBC and EBI.
