The end of the fiscal year brings re-orgs, promotions, RIFs. What or who is headed out?

@OP US Services eliminated most capture positions (about 25), and people were told new job postings will up by August 24 and they can apply, if interested. There are more current people on the team than the newly created positions. New positions will be open to internal and external candidates. There are some great people on that team but it looks like there is no intention to retain talent if they have to apply for their jobs again.
