He's just a clueless fool who surrounds himself with sycophants. The guy lives inside an echo chamber. Wait till FOMO demand for kit slows down then watch the guy struggle to explain why growth isn't there anymore.

Threatening employees as a manager is unethical and illegal. It violates basic workplace respect and labor laws. It creates a toxic culture, harms worker health, and leads to severe legal, financial, and professional penalties for both the manager and the company.Ethical IssuesAbuse of Power: Managers hold power over pay and jobs. Threats use this power to scare workers.Breach of Trust: Good leadership relies on safety and honesty. Threats destroy that safe space.Mental Harm: Fear and stress hurt the mental and physical health of workers.Legal and Professional ConsequencesLawsuits: Workers can sue for hostile work environment, wrongful termination, or intentional distress.Government Fines: Labor boards (like the NLRB in the U.S.) punish threats related to unionizing or speaking up about safety.Fired from Job: Companies usually fire managers who threaten staff to protect the business from risk.Loss of License or Career: A bad record makes it hard to find a new management job
