These surveys are a complete waste of time.
Some managers speculate on who must have written what on the pulse surveys, and they're often wrong.
People set other people up, mimicking their phraseology, mentioning things that the entire office knows is of unusual concern to a particular person, using a specific word a certain individual tends to use, anything that throws off the scent and gets another framed.
If you don't know why you're suddenly being treated differently after one, that's sometimes the reason. Someone else's beefs have been incorrectly attributed to you because of erroneous speculation.
Why not eliminate the surveys, or use them in the right way, instead of using them as a vehicle in an attempt to figure out who your "enemies" are?

At least us union folks have a ironclad no layoff clause if hired before 8-03 and a pension if hired before 2012 and a 4 year contract till 8-3-30 . But haters are always going to hate i guess .
@eh on the contrary, we're only gaining members. Thank VZ management, they actually want bargained for employees....
