Since in our team different job titles are being given. Can i ask verp on the basis of that?

If you check with a labor lawyer you have grounds for VERP , once you accept the new conditions. Your new title is accepted you no longer have grounds.

@OP Not a dang thing you can do or ask for inside of sap. VERP is not a one off option. Sorry..
