How is it possible to continue with an organization Senior Director staffed with zero revenues going on 2+ years?
Use that budget to support Customers and grow real revenues.
Competiton is real. DEI is not.

@101 There has been very little if any buildouts and maybe a handful of active properties. Equipment is also an issue as they are transitioning manufactures to aviat. This is such a sh-t show just like the AD's
@p6 even the "legit" deals have no legs to stand on. Owners are being mislead on the product and "network partnership" lingo sp-t out from this org. Have you seen what the finished product looks like? Get ready to see news articles and lawsuits incoming.
The leadership is trash. Can you imagine promoting a Client Exec to an Associate director and being in role for 2 year never hitting quota? There is no accountability on performance as long as you kiss a-s and blame everyone else you are good. This is the culture being built. CYA is the name if the game here in this channel. Both the East and West carry this the load with fake inflated number by converting movie theaters, grocery stores, warehouses and big MTU property and making it seem like those business can have hundreds or even thousand of subscribers. Fraud at its finest! Knowing whats going on im just waiting for this project explode and cant wait to see those weak a-s leaders get their sheets pulled from under them!

FWA results in general have had a massive drop off past 2 years. Fiber is the play but only way to grow is aquire other FTTP providers. Frontier, then get Brightspeed and claim more passings.
FWA is trending to become DSL in 3-5 years.
Challenge is execution.

Being in Finance I ge to see LOBs business plans. This was a loss day 1. Missed commits and zero accountability on follow ups and projections. . When I was at GE Capital this product might of remained but Directors be gone. Different culture on accountability in Vz. This isn't the only failed business plan.
