The energy and excitement isn’t the same anymore. The joy and celebration simultaneously as thousands were being laid off from VGS and beyond was a moment. A moment that mattered. The endless reorgs looking for cost savings while paying for photoshoots and dj parties inspired me to deliver value at scale. I was empowered to use all my vacation time and JOMO. I trusted my team would happily work even more hours to take on my tasks for free while I posted on LinkedIn about how great my vacation was. And how taking time off made me realize what a rockstar I was because we are all successful in the vteam no matter what! I hope they bring her back. Nothing is the same now.

@OP Would Post It Pink Slips suffice?
She sure landed a new job quickly!
@OP Can't wait when the CHRO position is backfilled! 🤣
VGS needs to be cut even more. It’s bloated. Too many managers in the middle. We were lucky enough to get rid of the Director in south and get one is more engaged. They need to outsource all VGS Ops and have one outside Director accountable to one VGS Director. Plain and simple
@a1 I am hearing this more and more every day. Seems there if nothing left to do or no one left to assign work in a lot of areas. Whether that is real or because management is cutting off the flow... Who knows. Guess that leaves more time to play AI games?
Bored???
