There is bias toward last year’s poor ranking.

Supervisors can see 3 years of assessment for their teams. What was crazy is that with the change in MLRP - where 2 strikes in 5 yrs you’re out, they didn’t change career connect to let supervisors see the past 5 yrs. M+1 was sent that data from HR and they communicated it to their supervisor teams. What a messed up system.
@OP 100% agree
@cr you may have seen it but it does not mean that is the norm. It is an outlier to go from NI to O in one cycle. The norm is to struggle at the bottom and eventually be piped out.
How long does one bad year (evil Supervisor) follow you?
If you swing from NI to O, and maintain O for say 3yrs….how long does it take for that one NI to not matter?
Also, how far back can your current Supervisor see?
@by agree - i have seen the same NI to O in one cycle.
@by cool story bro. And you think that is great that our system is such that people swing from bottom to top without anything changing? Did your “friend” go from a POS as you said to walking on water in one year?
If you’re truly a piece of sh-t and they want you out, sure it’s going to follow you. I know people that have swung from good to outstanding one cycle to the next.
