What were the overall ratings?

They tried to put something similar to an NPS score on each director group (not sure if they scored at a lower level). I saw one director group with a score around 75. My director group was negative.
Finally a plan has been put into place to address the sh-t show we have been given. Profits have been great but we still get ki-led with more work.
Start looking at social media and external platforms with reviews for big red. No pulse company wide to share how things have failed so now a plan is set to share the real voice of the employees. Be smart and know that the only way change so made is when shareholders see it trending.
Our Sr Director doesn’t believe his cr-p pulse survey results are his to own. He thinks it was for the leadership below him and above him. News flash genius, the grading was for Sr Leadership, that’s you. Don’t you love leaders that are oblivious to any of their bad traits! So over this!
