@OP Unless you’re at a store or DC, the best suggestion I would give is to get out. The length and breadth of the Indian invasion is huge. They’re bringing on their brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, just about everyone being hired at Bentonsukville is part of their invasion. Just get out. It makes more sense to leave versus staying to get laid off next year (this years reductions are about over).

ndicative actions to Promote:
Have small talk with the Boss, act interested in whatever they like. Build trust by giving them small peices of information of nonconformist. Build to larger information so it doesn't seem like your coming all at once. Have low integrity, willingness to cover for their actions, take poor direction with a smile, and never question anything.

Once in Postiion:
This is a crucial phase. Never promote anyone that has a higher moral compass or work ethic. If paperwork has to be filed for said associate to show advancement, lose it, delay it, or just simply dismiss it.
Working at this phase with low integrity is key. Usually at this stage a person with low intelligence, willingness to comply, low integrity and inability to make decisions is prime promotional candidate. Or the very least the one who will stay around. Be the biggest snitch, brown noser, give advice in group settings that makes no sense, and make sh-t up. The crazier the story the better....

The Best kept Secret:
Invite them over. Examples, cookouts, card games, or family events. Work it to the bedroom. Place a chair in the corner and go cuck. Watch them go to town with the person with even lower standards or values. Once you have achieved this Milestone the sky is the limit. And even if you never get promoted after this event, you will be in the clear to achive the highest level of sc-mbaggery.

Stay Classy....

@OP Work hard, stay positive, and help your peers be successful. Also, keep eyes on other areas of the company and be curious. When you've met your time in position, consider positions in other areas to expand the breadth of your knowledge.

In seat promotions can happen, but they are becoming more rare. If your current level is too close to your supervisor's level, you could be blocked from an in-seat promotion structurally.

Tell on other associates, change your gender, color your hair blue, compliment your managers preferred name, change your preferred name to something gender neutral, call open door and report people making you look bad, call open door on people making your manager look bad, call ethics and tell them you deserve a promotion, wash your managers car on your breaks, skip your other breaks and lunches, ask for overtime every day, go in on your days off, clock in early and out late, and don't forget to be the first one to do the walmart cheer everyday.
