@ec they are a bunch of farking iceholes. Employee benefits + hr + fis = unmitigated disaster.
@b5 good luck. it took me almost a year to get my pension out of MofA. They also sent the wrong pension paperwork to me during this. Do Better!
@OP i mean, you, administration, is already canning 150+ employees as contractors. Attrition is accelerating already. What is in it for you, more incentives & a larger bonus ? Be careful what you wish for
@OP hey OP, how much time to you spend each week on Linkedin on company time ? Are you loyal to the company or are you “trading away” your time on the company dime looking for a new job ? Linkedin is useless. Do something productive with your time & figure out a way to actually deserve what you earn.
@OP i just retired from mutual of america ! Yes ! Waiting on my big lump sum ! You should do the same
