Just found out a few people that I work with from Pittsburgh were let go( cash team) This is crazy!!!!!

I am sorry for all the people that were let go. I hope those individuals that aren’t retirement age find a job quickly.
Just sickening,employees have become zombies because of these nonsensical layoffs..just get this sh *t done once in a year and let the employee focus on their work..the rolling layoffs impacts productivity and everyone is in a state of constant panic and kn--e hanging over their head even if they are a good employee..what a sad state of affairs!!!
No wonder I couldnt get through the HR people’s team support lines at all today.
They were too busy ruining people’s lives today.
And in November, it will happen again.

@OP I was layed off today and in Lake Mary. Manager said others were having to make difficult calls as well. Maybe they shouldn't have spent so much on AI or renovations to have to cut employees in order to retain profits
@bg yeah for people who dont show up for shifts, cannot retain info and clearly dont want to work. Yet they come in getting paid more and bonuses after 4 months that none of the sr staff get but instead everyone with a clue is getting sc--wed over
Stop hiring all of these analysts and keep the knowledgeable employees. Ridiculous how the older people are getting displaced.
