What’s the projection on salary escalation by rank and CL increase for 27?

There will be percentages announced to the supervisors for the program range. Ask your supervisor. I expect them to be low numbers.
Impossible question to answer. It’s dependent on many factors. For one, your performance assessment category. Based on your assessment, you are placed in a salary curve. Your salary curve can be higher or lower based on your performance. And salary curve is based on your salary guide (e.g. U/S engineering guide higher than Information Technology guide). Then you have to look at your salary reference %. If you are at a 100%, your raise will be very small or 0, even if you assessed very well. If your salary reference is something like 92%, as an example, you have room for a decent raise. Presumably, an O or E performer with a salary ref of 96% or below would get somewhere between 3% and 6%. Depending on various factors. If you get a CL bump, add 5% to that number.
If you are downstream you get 12%, Upstream 0% (already paying them lot more to deliver low quality work

Result is no one US will work Exxon upstream but at competitors.
Don’t expect much at all. Lots of our competitors are laying people off (the proper way and not the NSI layoff program), and the corp wants to reduce salaries to align the upstream with the downstream salary curve which sc--ws the upstreamers yet again. Why does the Leadership team have the upstream when they make the money
You get nothing! and you get nothing! and all of you get nothing!

Before or after accounting for inflation and deterioration of benefits?
