I’ve been cautious and coming in 3 days a week ever since the dashboard tracking was implemented. I have observed others are not here 3 days a week.
How? I can’t imagine this many folks have flexible work agreements?

@dv you don’t understand. I am on call 24/7. If someone calls, I need to answer. I can’t carry my laptop with me everywhere to answer calls on Teams. Some of yall really have it easy.

@dg if I didn’t have my work cell with me for a couple days I’d get fired.
Connect work cell phone to Helios, put phone in drawer, come back ot get it a few days later.
People might get in, go to a random building, connect to the network for half an hour and then go home again.
People can sit wherever they want. Just because you don’t see them doesn’t mean they aren’t somewhere in the office. Lots of floors and buildings to hide in.
