The purpose of HR is to protect the corporation. They are not there to help you or tell you how to maximize your benefits. I stay away from that group at all costs.
HR Considers themselves management. LOL
They need to reduce headcount by another 80%
@a3 HR provides enormous value to the company. It is there to manage the risk individuals, the workforce and external factors present to the company. It does not exist to make the workforce happy.
When HR provides absolutely zero value to a company...yeah that's what you are gonna get.
