Capone pronounced like the famous chicago gangster... this is more appropriate that pronouncing as cap one. Corrupt, corrupt, corrupt. Sad, sad, sad. I have seen so many new posts about the new RIFs this week, and just as many, if not more celebration postings on LinkedIn about new job acceptances, promotions, and brand new job postings. This company is The Worst.

@a4 The mafia reference makes perfect sense! Another perfectly ironic reference is the CEO's name of Fairbank. The name should be "Un-FairBank!"
You're right. Capone is used to describe what is known as the "Richmond Mafia" a term used to describe how Indian tech firms like Cognizant infiltrated the organization and started hiring and protecting their own. This went on to include the non-Indian employees who participated in managing this Mafia and we-ponized stack ranking to torture employees. But there is no doubt that CEO Fairbanks and his minions are directly involved in this as stack rankings were implemented by Fairbanks himself. Even though the official headquarters was moved from Richmond, VA to Mclean, VA this term exists to identify where and who were responsible for how this term came to be.
Now it's simply Capone.
