This is the type of post that summarizes why Nike is down 80%. Just put the best people into the appropriate roles, including BoD’s. Focus on race and ethnicity distribution and you lose the focus of the business.

African Americans make up 13-15% of the US population depending on how you count it. So equal representation would have 1-2 of them be on the board.

@OP that is not true at all. There are 11 members of the board three of which are POC two male one female. You should not create problems where there are none.
