Why do people still work here. This company and the culture make your life miserable. The upper management cult make all the money and harass the peasants. Grass is greener on the other side.

More people need to take a chance on themselves and get out. The grass is greener… you deserve peace, your families deserve peace. Do not get stuck in the toxicity of this company and culture
@a4 I don’t understand why you are still holding Hal stock! Sell it all, buy SNDK and stop complaining!
I can attest to the grass is greener. The only caveat is you have to be a little better than a government worker. You have to bring something to the table. Most people I worked with at Hal just assume that since the big red wheel always turns, they bring value by default. In reality most can’t pour pi-s out of a boot and know 1 trick, and 1 trick only. Go to the greener grass if you bring value, if you know a few things, if you feel stifled by Hal mgmt. If you are super comfortable, just stay at Hal at wait for your layoff or pray you somehow make it to retirement. Good luck to you all. To us that left and still watch this page because we still have stock, sell it all and invest in mutual funds, or COP. Hal stock is nothing but garbage and I have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror every morning knowing I still hold some.
