So are incentive eligible folks at the company just not getting any merit increase this year? How has this not been addressed at all?

FiScam always manages to buy multi-million dollar companies or pay out huge $15m unethical contracts but just can't find any spare pennies for the associates. Shucks

The memo went out in March... WE AINT GETTIN' ONE. DUH!!!!!
They made 850 million in earnings in Q1. Yet they can't come up with a few million for merit. What a terrible decision.
