Someone needs to show BNY's Board of Directors and Executive Committee the bank's Code of Ethics. Especially the part that speaks about conflicts of interest! Legal? Risk? Compliance & Ethics? Any of you DEI hires awake over there? I guess you're all out to lunch again!
