It’s being tracked, last year a girl on my team was fired for “failure to meet RTO requirements.” We’re a non member contact area, we have no set time requirement on how long to be in office. She would get there around 8am, leave by 11-1130 and finish up at home. My assumption, management didn’t care for her, because the entire team does it, yet she’s the one who gets fired.
Well not sure how tracking beyond a badge swipe that this will be effective- they want us in office to collaborate- how do you track that when you are in a huddle or meeting in a conference room - teams can’t track the “water cooler” conversations or when someone stops by your desk to talk about work topics. Plus salary folks don’t report when they are away for an appointment since HR guidance is PTO 4 hour blocks.
Do you count the time you spend bootlicking?

You need to be in office actively working for 30 hours/wk.
Doesn't count your Gym hours.
Those can be tracked via Teams.
Yes, it’s being tracked. My ED is now getting weekly reports and having his direct reports talk to those who haven’t met the 4 days requirement.
