Problem shift - bpSolutions to Upstream

So help me understand, they got rid of bpSolutions and instead have instead made a big central organisation under Upstream HSE & Ops. One VP pre reorg to 6VPs post re-org. Surely the cottage industry has just shifted to satisfy some power hungry and egoistical characters. What is the point and what a disaster!

No. Just the SVP announcements that went out. Surely in 5 years time (or sooner) 6 VPS are going to build out armies of ppl under them in the central role.

@a6
Are you looking at Org Charts in Teams ? If so then still see all Refinery people too.
The desimation of Solutions I dont think be visible until Jan 2027.
The downstream org is running at slower pace too.

But now there is the cottage industry in upstream with all the central VPs. If the mandate is back to regions what is the need for a big upstream central org?

Solutions was across Refinery and Production so now you have to be in Upstream or downstream and CANNOT be involved in both.......
Bo-m ! A lot of Goodbyes Central ridiculous roles that got lots of air miles!
