Anyone tried talking to IBM recruiters for roles after a previous RA (non performance based). What is recorded in their internal systems for people who get RAed

@hq the useless POS manager is trying to convince me to join IBM again. He might get fired, since, I refused to return to IBM.
The id--t is lying when I asked about the reason, he asking me back.
I enjoy more, the POS squirm.
When I was RA'd my manager told me the contractor company IBM uses. I politely said thank you but I'm going another direction.
@OP is blue brain washed if they are even entertaining going back. Why? Unless you enjoy pain and suffering? There are much better jobs that pay a cr-p ton more and not in toxic environment. Unless you are absolutely desperate no one should ever think about coming back.
