Consider yourself lucky your not staying they will wish they did left
@17v So they learned nothing?
FYI, If you won MDLZ stock in your 401k or savings plan
Historical Reorganization nearly 30 years ago 1996 Restructuring: Nabisco split its direct store sales force into dedicated salespeople and low-paid merchandisers.Execution Issues: Low compensation caused severe staff turnover and poor in-store product placement.Financial Impact: U.S. biscuit sales dropped, contributing to an overall 3% to 4% sales decline and a steep drop in stock value at the time
They don't care how bad you are as long as you drink the Kool aid
@OP only when they want to hold them against you for whatever reason. If they want to promote you, and your KPI's su-k, they don't matter. If you're doing really good, and want to promote, but they don't want to promote you, they'll make up some story about how some guy in Arkansas did better than you, so even though it looks like you did good, it's not as good as you think it is. They make this sh-t up on the daily. Disgusting, unjust company. Anyone lucky enough to be leaving, thank the universe it's working out in your favor. It may seem tough now, but it's all for the better. Toxic company from the top down.
That’s just a sign that come January those guys will be late as well
@a7 coming up on a year.
No KPIs don’t matter! I’m sorry you are going through this. However you really are lucky that you get to leave this horrible, cheap, gross company that makes diabetes junk food! Take this time to apply for a better job and way of life. Best to you and all affected!
My guess is you've been here awhile? They don't like long term employees
@OP How long have you worked here? This company absolutely despises long term employees.
