@gw Yet another year without a raise would not be well received.

Expect an even higher level of quiet quitting whilst using the time to look for another job.

Heck, when is the last time any folks got any pay bump let alone a meaningful one ?

Cost savings measure. They know that no one is getting a raise before this whole thing starts, so why keep up the act? Now all that time spent by workers and management filling it out and reviewing it is freed up for other things.

It is going through a refresh now that the ratings are shared with individuals. Congrats to most of us , who were told "you are worth nothing" !
Most of the folks have been given 3 out of 5 to keep them away from the upcoming probable peanuts distribution ceremony. For the rest of elites , eat your peanuts and build datacenters !!

Oracle discovered the there is no career and performance so there was no need to have a button. The resignation button will be promoted to be the top left on your home page
