Yes because you need to sell the cheapest available product as a fiduciary. FAs who don’t have their CFP can recommend higher cost products. It’s the cost of getting your CFP.

@a9 well, the sassy FAs were complaining for years about how horrible home office costs and associates were. Now, they get to enjoy the culture and work ethic of contractors over in india who give no Fs about the big picture. Enjoy!
