I think it all depends where you’re currently sitting relative to your lower and upper CL salary band. If you’re close to the top band, the chances of you getting anything are extremely low. Which makes sense since you’re making a ki-ling as CL28 already, especially in HC10. What’s CL28 low salary band? Isn’t it like 300k+? You’d better STFU and keep su-king on tree fiddy…

2% budget for EP and above. No one else matters or is desired. Todays VGP is 2028s NI. No lie.

The exits will continue. People will wise up and leave or be kicked out (no severance of course and lemmings will continue to not bring that to court).

Post it notes that say 0% os the plan. So many post it notes and so little $$

Raises every 6 months will continue for hipos. Yes that is a thing. They just do not talk about it. If you aren’t getting raises twice a year you are not a true hipo.

I am similar age and CL and was dropped to VG last year. Raise was 0% but I had been O or E for prior years so dropping to VG put me over my salary reference. This year I was blindsided by NI so another year of 0% and now no RSU.

Why must people say salary treatment instead of a raise?
