Did anyone get an email just now from the state offering a webinar to support FDS employees that were laid off? Is it legit?

Be very suspicious. If it’s legit, I would expect any links to point to a domain ending with .ct.gov. Maybe find that agency’s site separately and search for the program mentioned in the email.
