VZ spends close to half a billion dollars on owning, renting, and managing facilities in the US that are cooled down to arctic temperatures, are sitting empty, and can fall down literally any day. What is the fing real estate team doing? Where is that Fing Alfonso leading this function with that chick who knows nothing but runs real estate now? Go sell the portfolio and save our roles. And fire that chick and make that young guy our new boss. Do you All like our facilities? And the workplaces?

I guess it’s where you work, in my region it’s the exact opposite. Buildings with 1/2 working AC where equipment needs to be cooled, cleaning people who used to come three times a week are down to maybe once every two weeks and numerous building that weren’t being used either sold off or sold off with a lease agreement to use certain parts
