I am sure the department name change is merely to boost AK’s resume for yet another external award that she will be using discretionary funds to buy.

Saying that she went to JG directly to get her org name changed. Who cares? I can tell you that JG doesn’t. This is not getting us more barrels.
Data townhall was the very definition of malignant narcissism. Blatantly divided the room through a poll on winners and showed it on screen. Couldn’t speak to anything data related herself and bragged about all the high level meetings she’s been invited to making her too busy to even figure out names of people in the room or what they’ve been working on. Halfway claimed AI is working for her through dotted line. Could have been drunk in the first 5 minutes if you did shots from all the name dropping. It went on for two hours!
To be fair, there is not much she is able to say to the Houston crowd when the job is to offshore as many of US employees as possible. They’re even starting to offshore key technical roles. Pretty much what she did at Shell, and it didn’t work out for that group. Lots of people in India got laid off, and so did their leader. We are just repeating what Shell has done and failed

@aj joined Chevron and saw what it was. Immediately said I gotta GTFO, but the place pays too well for too little work.. so he hung around for a year. Now that he’s found another gig, buh-bye!
